Project/Construction Management Services

Born at Derby Street in Cocoa I grew up along the shores of the Indian River and built my first boat at age 14. After spending some time working in boat yards and sailing the Caribbean I became involved in construction, receiving my General Contractors license in 1974. For a number of years I partnered on ventures with Jesse Parker in Central Brevard and later joined the Staff at Wuesthoff Hospital as hospital carpenter. During my stay with Wuesthoff I began computer training and eventually became a certified Applications Specialist for the Archibus Facilities Program, doing some training and consultant work for several years. I joined the Real Estate integration team when Progress Energy was formed in 2001 and developed several properties with them. I led the Winter Garden, Longwood and Odena Operations Centers planning teams through the bidding and evaluation phases; in 2003 I took over the Odena project and completed it in 2004. While I enjoyed the work with Software and Project Management it was exhausting and kept me away from family. In 2004 I returned to Cocoa and joined Trafford Realty Company:where I earned my RE Brokers license.
